HOW TO
Mixing Ratio: 1:1 - 1 level scoop v-light 1/2 oz. Matrix cream developer
Application:
- Use on-scalp with 10, 20 or 30 volume Matrix cream developers
- Use off-scalp with 10, 20, 30 or 40 volume Matrix cream developers
Timing: Up To 50 minutes room temperature
