These cute shorts have been created from Upcycled material.  Some material was obtained from old local Aloha Shirt garment factories that have been shut down due to lack of work as the industry has sadly moved to cheaper options overseas.  And some material has been salvaged from sections of muumuus  and shirts that have seen better days.  Regardless you'll wear these with pride as you know that upcycling and repurposing is the way the go!
